LOGLINE

Swaggering Siamese show cat Chuckles enters the world's most prestigious biscuit-making competition convinced the championship ribbon already belongs to him, only to encounter a wildly mismatched field of feline rivals and Orange Cat—a scrappy outsider with no pedigree, no polish and several possible names. As five increasingly ridiculous rounds descend into feline chaos, Chuckles dominates while Orange Cat somehow keeps advancing through instinct, improvisation and a complete failure to understand that Chuckles considers him a rival.

THE STORY

Chuckles doesn’t compete—he allows comparison. Elegant, vain and impossibly sure of himself, the Siamese champion arrives expecting a coronation and instead meets Persian diva Priscilla, fearless Sphynx Slick, enormous sweetheart Moose, mischievous Hex, professionally exhausted Ragdoll Dozer, all-hearing gossip Radar—and Orange Cat, whose actual name is either Tangerine, Clementine or Rudy depending on which human you ask. Orange Cat has declined to clarify.

While their obsessive handlers treat competitive biscuit-making like the Olympics, the cats know who is really running the show. Through The Knead, Double Paw, Speed Biscuiting, Freestyle and The Grand Biscuit, Chuckles proves exactly what he already knew: nobody biscuits better than Chuckles.

Orange Cat, meanwhile, has no pedigree, no training and seemingly no idea what competition he's entered—which makes his inexplicable progress through the tournament increasingly intolerable to Chuckles. As the championship approaches, the world's greatest biscuit-maker discovers that his most dangerous opponent may be a nameless orange idiot who doesn't even know they're rivals.
