THIRST TRAP
FEATURE | PSYCHOLOGICAL THRILLER / SERIAL KILLER / NEO-NOIR
LOGLINE
She knows what men want.
Corporate consultant Sloane Kessler moves from city to city using dating apps and changing identities to hunt men she believes deserve to be deleted. When FBI Special Agent Gabriel Rourke connects the murders, the investigation becomes an intimate game between two people skilled at reading weakness—and the first man who truly sees Sloane may be the one capable of destroying her.
THE STORY
Sloane Kessler lives through transformation: by day, she's the corporate raider executives hire to make decisions nobody else will; by night, she changes identities and hunts men she has judged predatory, abusive or dangerous. Every city gives her a new face and a clean departure—until FBI Special Agent Gabriel Rourke begins connecting murders that were never supposed to belong to the same investigation.
A chance encounter in a Chicago hotel bar puts hunter and hunted across from each other before either understands the significance of the meeting. When the FBI launches Operation Thirst Trap and Rourke deliberately enters Sloane's world, their pursuit becomes dangerously personal—and begins testing the assumption upon which Sloane's entire mythology depends: that she's never wrong.
EVERY PROFILE IS A LIE. SOME ARE DEADLY.
She changes everything but the pattern.
