This is where the ideas that are close—but not quite ready for The Vault—get to move around.

The Incubator is the engine behind them. Stories are constantly being updated, cajoled, smashed apart, rebuilt, resurrected and deliberately left a little imperfect. Characters change sides. Titles disappear. Features become series. An idea that has been sitting quietly for ten years can suddenly jump the line.

B-sides have a funny habit of becoming the biggest hits.
